OUR COMPANY
Lamka Enterprises Construction is a trusted family-owned and operated construction company that has been serving the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs for nearly 30 years. In high school, John Lamka worked for a plumber, electrician and a carpenter, learning the fundamentals of these trades.

In 1995 John and his wife Cherisse started Lamka Enterprises Construction. We started by remodeling homes and selling them. Today we specialize in new construction, remodeling, and renovation projects. Our son's John & Joey are now part of the company along with a team of some very talented and qualified skilled professionals.

Through our Chicago, IL. and Woodstock, IL. locations, we offer a wide range of construction and remodeling services to meet the needs of our customers. Our portfolio includes: commercial properties, universities, healthcare facilities, multifamily housing, apartment buildings, assisted living, senior living, restaurants, churches, boat marinas and residential construction.

1995 - Lamka Enterprises was founded in Rolling Meadows, IL.

2002 - The company moved from Rolling Meadows to Algonquin, IL.​

2010 - We opened our Chicago location - 925 W. Armitage in Lincoln Park
