We were thrilled when Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary at Northwestern University called and asked us to be the General Contractor to remodel 12 corporate offices in their main building. The offices reside inside the oldest and original 1st building on the Northwestern University Main campus, dating back to the 1850's 

We provided the Architectural blueprints, General Contracting, Construction and Construction Managements Services

When working on a building this old you have to expect some surprises, but our biggest surprise came when we were told we had 7 weeks to complete the project.
